freehold properties. Amsprop is a long term investor in the London
real estate market and frequently undertakes various aspects of
construction, redevelopment and refurbishment opportunities in
addition to investments that can be improved upon by our Investment
team through active management. Amsprop is committed to expanding
its property portfolio and remains extremely active in sourcing

| Sir Alan Sugar - Chairman |
| Sir Alan Sugar is the Chairman
of the Amsprop group of companies. He was awarded an honorary
DSc in 1988 by the City University Business School and an honorary
DSc in 2005 by Brunel University. He was awarded a Knighthood
in the Millennium New Year’s Honours List. |

| Daniel Sugar -
Director |
| Daniel Sugar is responsible
for the group’s investment, trading and development strategy.
He has been employed at Amsprop for over 15 years and previously
held a senior operational post at a high profile UK listed company. |

| Andrew Cohen - Director |
| Andrew Cohen is a Chartered
Surveyor with over twenty five years experience in property.
After working at Brian Cooper & Company in the West End
he joined Amsprop in 1991. In 2000 he was appointed to the Board
of Amsprop and now oversees the acquisition of new properties and the asset management of the growing
portfolio. |

| James Hughes -
Director |
| James Hughes joined Amsprop
in 2002 and was appointed to the board in 2008 as Estates Director.
He leads a growing team that is responsible for the company’s
construction, redevelopment and refurbishment programmes as
well as overseeing the group’s day to day tenant management
including all issues relating to Health & Safety. James
previously worked for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club where
he held the position of Property Manager. |

Team |
| The Estates Management Team is headed by James Hughes. Laura Clark is responsible for the Group's Health & Safety issues. Estates Manager Mark Baron oversees the Group's daily maintenance programmes as well as ensuring good relationships with our tenants. The Estates Management Team is further assisted by Simon Ambrose and Kirsty Argent. |
