  St James’s is an exclusive enclave in central London, formerly residential but now increasingly commercial, with some of the highest office rents in London and thus the world. Road St James’s Street is a one-way road running northbound from Pall Mall in the south, into and over Piccadilly to the north, forming part of the A4. Bennet Street is the last road on the left before Piccadilly, and it runs into Arlington Street, where there is an underground car park.  
   
Rail Bennet Street lies in the centre on the West End and benefits from being close to Marylebone, Paddington, Euston, Kings Cross, Victoria and Charing Cross stations.  
   
Underground Green Park station is closest and offers direct access to the Piccadilly, Victoria and Jubilee Lines.
