The site is situated at the junction of Eaton Green Road and Vauxhall Way, bordering the perimeter and within quarter of a mile of Luton

Airport’s terminal. Luton Airport carried over 10 million passengers in 2008 making it the fifth busiest airport in the UK. It serves as a hub for easyJet, Monarch Airlines, Thomson Airways, Wizz Air and Ryanair, focusing mainly on European destinations although with some charter services to other continents.

The M1 Motorway (Junction 10) is only 2 miles distance via the A1081 which has just been upgraded giving direct access to the Airport. Luton Town Centre is within 2.5 miles with Luton Retail Park and other leisure facilities close by.
