Welwyn Garden City is located adjacent to the A1(M) which provides direct access to London and the north east of England. Junction 8 of the M1 motorway is located 10 miles to the west and Junction 23 of the M25 is 8 miles to the South. The store is well placed for car parks with the Howard Centre multi storey (725 spaces), Wigmores North car park (80 spaces) opposite John Lewis and Osborn Way (400 spaces) being within a 5 minute walk.

Underground Trains from Welwyn Garden City serve both Kings Cross and Moorgate stations in Central London with journey times of 30 and 45 minutes respectively. There is also a direct service to Cambridge with a 60 minutes journey time.
