The offices at first to fifth floor levels are currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment to include full raised floors throughout, new air conditioning, new windows and two new lifts. Access to the offices will be from Harewood Place and the fifth floor will have a glazed roof. Upon completion, the offices will have an approximate net internal area of 17,571 sq ft (1633 sq m).
