Amsprop Estates has paid Scottish Widows £31,250,000 for a prime corner freehold at 291 Oxford Street & Harewood Place, London, W1. Marketed by CBRE and Strutt and Parker.

Measuring over 23,000 sq ft the property is home to US retail giants McDonalds and Sketchers. The upper parts, which are currently vacant, will undergo an extensive refurbishment and expansion program before they are developed into modern top specification offices.

This is the third acquisition for Amsprop in recent months following the purchases of GPS House in Great Portland Street, London W1 for £23,000,000 and more recently the £26,000,000 purchase of Fitzroy House on Euston Road, London W1.

We feel that we have acquired an ultra prime and prominent piece of Central London freehold at a sensible price.
